My work is grounded in Human Instrument® Mastery (HIM).

I support awareness, emotional regulation, and embodied presence so insight can become lived change.

Depending on the container, sessions may include:

  • presence-based coaching and reflection

  • nervous system regulation

  • gentle embodied practices such as Qigong (when included)

Transformation happens through clarity, integration, and self-responsibility —

not through force or performance.
