My Healing Story

Physical Healing:

  • Healed a uterine prolapse after being told by a doctor that I would never be able to run or jump again.

  • Recovered fully from COVID-19, back pain, neck pain, stomach pain, and several sprains.

  • Experienced significant benefits during two pregnancies and two childbirths through Qigong practice.

My Approach to Self-Healing:

  • Practice with repetition, discipline, and consistency — anchored in the mindset of “I can.”

  • Use visualization daily — seeing, feeling, and embodying myself as already healed.

  • Combine focused intention with Qigong movements, engaging both mind and body in the healing process.

  • Channel healing energy through my hands to specific areas of the body.

Supporting Techniques:

  • Integrate acupuncture, cupping, massage, and stretching when needed.

  • For acute sprains: placed needles every hour combined with Qigong exercises.

  • For uterine prolapse: used acupuncture twice a day and practiced Qigong intensively for one month.

  • During COVID-19 recovery: practiced Qigong continuously (except during sleep) and supported the process with acupuncture and vitamins.
