My Own Results: I cured uterine prolapse after being told by a doctor that I would never be able to run or jump again. I healed myself during COVID-19, as well as from back pain, neck pain, stomach pain, and sprains. Qigong also helped me significantly during two pregnancies and two childbirths.

Achieving success in self-healing with Qigong requires repetition, discipline, commitment, consistency, and a mindset of ”I can.” My journey to healing myself through Qigong has been driven by a mindset where I already see myself healed, feel it, and visualize what I can do once I am healed. I repeat this visualization over and over, leaving little room for other thoughts. It often pushes me out of my comfort zone, but my desire to be healthy is so strong that I keep going. I use my hands to send healing energy to different parts of my body, performing various Qigong exercises repeatedly, engaging both my mind and body.

I visualize extensively and sometimes use needles, cupping, massage, and stretching to aid the process. For acute sprains, I might place needles every hour, combined with Qigong exercises. When dealing with uterine prolapse, I used needles twice a day, practiced Qigong with intention and exercises all day long for a month. During my bout with COVID-19, I did Qigong continuously except when sleeping, supplemented with acupuncture and a lot of vitamins over several days.
